Job Title: Receptionist/Dental Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our team at 1300SMILES Strathpine. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist our clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
  • Perform reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients, handling general and booking enquiries, and processing payments and insurance claims.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reception or dental assisting is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
