Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. As a key member of the Solution Consultancy Department, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by delivering high-performance, integrated ERP solutions.

You will work across our product portfolio, primarily rental/hire software, and expanding into other markets as they are introduced to the Australia and NZ markets. Your primary responsibility will be to build and present software presentations that demonstrate to our customers that our solutions can meet and exceed their requirements and provide business benefit and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and presenting software presentations that demonstrate the capabilities of our products to meet customer needs
  • Attending workshops and Business Discovery sessions with customers and prospects to gain a thorough understanding of business requirements
  • Working closely with our Professional Services Group (PSG), Support and Development teams to develop customer propositions
  • Maintaining and enhancing the core demonstration data sets to ensure that our systems best represent a live trading environment
  • Providing guidance on system integration and ensuring that all requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations are documented

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
  • The ability to bridge the gap between technical aspects of our product portfolio and the business needs of our customers
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals from CEO to warehouse operative
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited time and direction and to work to deadlines
