Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a senior recruitment professional to join our team in Sydney, working with a leading Construction and Engineering specialist in their Renewables Division.
This is a full 360 role where you will be developing and managing your own clients as well as delivering on your job pipeline, working with a mixture of major blue chips and SME's within the Renewable's space on both blue collar and white collar roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage your own client relationships
- Deliver on your job pipeline, working with a variety of clients and roles
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- 3 years+ agency recruitment experience
- A track record of success in the Renewables / Engineering sector
- White and/or blue collar recruitment experience
- Collaborative, team player with a strong personality
We are a specialist agency operating nationally from our Sydney office, with a team of circa 20 people. We enjoy what we do and are looking for someone who will fit our culture of success and fun.
