Meat Processing Trainer Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled trainer to support the development of our team members and shape the future of training in the meat processing industry.
This role involves ensuring our people are skilled, safe, and competent across boning operations and adjoining areas, maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of meat processing, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver practical hands-on training in beef and lamb slaughtering/boning and connected operational areas.
- Conduct refresher and re-training sessions to ensure staff competency and compliance with job requirements.
- Support new employees through onboarding and skills development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and verify competency levels across the team.
- Previous experience delivering training in a production or processing environment is desirable.
- HR or Learning & Development-related qualifications are highly regarded.
- A qualification in meat processing would be advantageous.
