Are you a seasoned expert in industrial relations? Do you have a passion for driving payroll compliance and delivering high-impact projects? We're seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret complex enterprise agreements, and design comprehensive testing regimes. As a key partner in delivering a next-generation payroll system, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and driving effective remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interpret complex enterprise agreements and develop strategies for payroll compliance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Project Management, and IT, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  3. Design and implement comprehensive testing regimes to ensure the payroll platform meets current obligations and is resilient to future changes in industrial regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and a detailed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing compliance measures within large organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings, explain regulatory considerations, and facilitate training.
  • Tertiary qualified in Employee/Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Law or related discipline.
