The Constance Hotel is a unique street art hotel that has partnered with creative personalities to create a distinctly Brisbane vibe. Our hotel, celebrated for its charming restored building, is home to a vibrant 65 room boutique property.

This position involves leading, inspiring, and developing the front office team to deliver exceptional service. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of guest feedback and implementing prompt service recovery processes, collaborating with Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain brand-standard rooms and products, contributing to reaching hotel performance targets and objectives, and approaching every shift with a creative, collaborative, and efficient attitude towards problem-solving and team management.
