Hotel Housekeeping Leader

Our hotel seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Team Lead

About the Role:

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.

  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in your work.
  • Ensure all linens, towels, and supplies are fresh and well-maintained at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and take initiative to resolve them efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude and a focus on meeting their needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of experience managing people and possess strong communication skills. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and guiding a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Ensuring all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces, are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the cleaning process.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
