  • In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example and promoting a positive work culture within the hotel operations team.

  • As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for making decisions regarding guest concerns and taking responsibility for resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring the level of customer service, implementing staff training to ensure all staff are aware of the MEP Service Standard, and working closely with management to achieve the highest standards of service delivery.

  • You will also be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager to plan tasks, review resources to meet guest needs, set work standards and allocate priorities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a supervisory role is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead a diverse team and interact with guests.

  • The ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem-solving is necessary to drive business results and enhance the guest experience.

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills are essential to drive growth and improvement in hotel operations.
