Senior Customer Experience Manager

Healius, a leading provider of private medical laboratory and pathology services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Performance Management: Consistently achieve operational performance objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports, fostering a high-performance culture across the Customer Experience Centre.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Mitigate, minimize, or eliminate people, operational, and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Employee Engagement: Maximize people outcomes, including engagement, attrition, and career development, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Project Management: Manage projects on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives and programs.
- Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and services.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, minimizing non-compliance and defects.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products.
- Change Management: Minimize the impacts of change on direct and indirect reports, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
