Cash Flow Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Collections Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collection Calls: Conduct high-volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and improve accounts receivable aging.
- Dispute Resolution: Raise customer disputes in the Salesforce ticketing system.
- Account Escalation: Identify and escalate accounts where needed.
- Overdue Accounts: Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet collections targets.
- Banking Support: Support the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily, including remittance requests for allocation.
- Internal Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders on corrective actions impacting collections and account management.
- KPI Targets: Meet KPI targets.
- Customer Account Reconciliations: Perform customer account reconciliations.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High-Volume Collections: Experience with high-volume collections.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
- Commercial Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- SAP and MS Excel: Prior experience in using SAP (preferred) and intermediate MS Excel.
