Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clear expectations, providing resources and tools, and fostering a positive culture of employee engagement.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, processes, and systems.
  4. Collaborate with supply, maintenance, and planning teams to optimize productivity and improve the production plan.
  5. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment that meets food safety, legality, and quality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in FMCG or manufacturing experience.
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
