Australian business leader, we are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team.

This exciting role involves leading and managing key projects incorporating all aspects of the product design framework. You will join a high-performing national team and play a vital role in enhancing profitability and adviser satisfaction, which drive market leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough product and customer research to inform the product strategy and support innovation
  • Manage stakeholders to drive outcomes in project deliverables
  • Ensure that all product changes are well-documented and communicated
  • Identify and address product risks and issues
  • Oversee adviser communications, marketing materials, and product disclosure statements
  • Project-manage research houses and reinsurers
  • Support analyst development by answering general and technical inquiries

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in product management, ideally within the Life Insurance or Superannuation Industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, are essential.
