Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our online retail strategy, driving business growth through effective store network planning and people engagement.

This role will partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute national and state online strategies, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer management, and cost control, with expertise in supermarket operations and multi-site understanding of retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement online retail strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  2. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication across all levels of the organization
  3. Lead the implementation of major change projects, managing budgets and resources to achieve desired outcomes
  4. Collaborate with State, Regional, Store, and Department Managers to identify new opportunities for sales growth and coverage improvement
  5. Monitor and analyze sales, availability, and fulfillment data to inform business decisions and optimize performance
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of success in retail or related industry
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with leading and managing change projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions to achieve shared goals
