Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
  • Lead by example, consistently raising the bar for performance and capability within your team.
  • Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions, working closely with district managers and directors of stores.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration and innovation across the wider team.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising initiatives.
