This position involves driving a portfolio of 9 neighbourhood centres with a combined NLA of circa 43,000 sqm and 147 tenants.

The role is senior within the asset management and leadership team, collaborating with various teams to deliver KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Compiling business plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Reporting, retail lease compliance, and debt management
  • Retail store liaison, marketing strategy, and event execution
  • Regular client reporting and stakeholder management

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced team leadership with high EQ & IQ and a passion for growth and development
  • Proven experience as a Retail Centre Manager
  • A collaborative mindset to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic visioning to add value
  • Senior-level financial acumen
  • Desirable advanced understanding of retail leasing
