About Our Team:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Fashion Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management
  • Cashing up at the end of the day and ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Providing back-up support to the Store/Deputy Manager and reporting back on any issues
  • Optimising sales and individual customer purchases
  • Engaging customers by delivering first-class customer service
  • Operating till and handling financial transactions
  • Replenishing stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis
  • Undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Ensuring compliance with all company procedures
  • Taking responsibility for personal development and actively seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Responsible for Health and Safety

Requirements:

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential
  • To be highly motivated and have a desire to be the best with energy and enthusiasm to succeed
  • A proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment - you will need to work hard and smart
  • Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable
  • Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion
