This position involves working as part of a team to produce high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. You will be responsible for operating machinery, preparing ingredients, and packaging products for distribution.

You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, you will need to provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in baking or a related field;
• Trade certification or diploma in baking;
• Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting;
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

• A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience;
