About the Role:

This Finance Officer & Office Coordinator position is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an ability to balance financial and office coordination duties. As the successful candidate, you will play a critical role in managing financial tasks including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, you'll provide general administrative support to the office, as well as assist the CEO and CFO with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices and maintain vendor relationships
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage A/R accounts and process customer payments
  • Banking: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage deposits
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and managing assets
  • Payroll: Process weekly payroll and maintain leave records
  • Office Admin: Organise travel bookings, maintain office supplies, and support event planning
  • Customer Service: Serve as backup for greeting visitors and answering calls

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience and 1-2 years of office administration experience. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Xero (Netsuite is advantageous) is also required.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and reflects the company's commitment to offering competitive remuneration packages.
