Job Description

An expanding business in the construction industry is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate supplier accounts, process invoices, and ensure account details are up-to-date.
  • Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to provide regular costing updates.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure accuracy across accounts data by working within the wider team.
  • Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as required.
  • Maintain great rapport with company staff and clients.
  • Provide support in general office administration as required.
  • Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or CMA certification desirable.
  • Proven experience in financial management, particularly in the construction or property development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, and Jobpac.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
