Senior Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a senior commercial analyst role.

About the Role

This is a high-volume analytical position that requires ownership of large, complex datasets. You will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior leadership to provide accurate and usable data insights to support operational and commercial decision-making.

The position offers exposure to senior management and investors, as well as opportunities for growth and influence on business performance. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can take ownership of large, complex datasets and provide clear, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel to analyze profitability, cash flow, and forecasts.
  • Assess contract and customer performance to identify margin opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives and expansion projects.
  • Deliver scenario analysis and budgeting support to guide strategic decisions.
  • Build dashboards (Power BI or similar) to improve visibility on key performance drivers.
  • Drive process improvement and reporting efficiency as the business scales.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with 5-10 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or analytics roles. You should have advanced Excel skills and be comfortable with high-volume, manual data processing and reporting. Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or other high-volume, multi-site industries is a plus.
