We are seeking an exceptional beverage professional to join our team in a dynamic casino environment.
- Takes beverage orders and enters them into the point-of-sale system, providing accurate service at all times.
- Serves beverages to guests, collects orders from the bartender and/or kitchen, ensuring seamless execution of the guest experience.
- Computes bills, accepts payment, and makes change for monies tendered, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Abides by all liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages, prioritizing responsible service practices.
- Replenishes beverages as requested and provides additional service to guests, delivering unparalleled hospitality.
- Must be at least 21 years old, possessing a valid age verification document.
- Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, demonstrating basic education standards.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification, showcasing commitment to food safety and handling.
- Must have ability to read and write English sufficient to understand menus and communicate with guests, ensuring effective communication.
