  • Job Description:

  • As a General Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, driving revenue growth, and maintaining our premium facility to the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the leadership team to achieve sales, retention, growth, and revenue budgets or targets.

    • Develop initiatives to address underperformance and achieve projected profit and loss statements.

    • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff members, delivering training and mentoring for Department Heads and regular meetings to engage and motivate your teams.

    • Oversee staff rostering, approve leave, and manage fortnightly payroll, ensuring ongoing compliance across the location and the team.

    • Manage internal and external marketing in line with the location's social media strategy.

    • Proven ability to manage overall budgets and financials, including member movement, growth, and retention strategies.

    • Expertise in overseeing large-scale facilities with multiple service areas and compliance requirements.

    • Ability to understand, manage, and effectively utilise software systems and programs.

    • Strong commitment and belief in driving and upholding an exceptional team culture, focusing on the fulfilment and development of your people.
