About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Design team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document interior spaces for new and existing clients.
  • Lead design projects and work alongside the studio Lead Designer.
  • Collaborate with the design team and clients to drive design expectations and outcomes.
  • Attend client meetings to provide project updates.
  • Develop effective presentation collateral.
  • Contribute to concept and spatial planning ideas with the design team.
  • Work with the delivery team to ensure timely project delivery.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of the Design industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Confident presentation abilities.
  • Creative skills with idea conceptualization and communication.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign software.
  • Experience in workplace fit-out.
  • A collaborative personality and ability to embody our company values.

Additionally, you will have the drive to continue growing through design research and staying current on industry trends.
