About Lithographic Printing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lithographic Printer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about printing and wants to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in printing, such as a trade qualification or equivalent experience. They will also need to have minimum 5 years of large format sheet fed press experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities will include setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining the Heidelberg Colour Press per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality and safety requirements, and ensuring daily production targets are met.

Requirements:

  • A relevant trade qualification in printing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years large format sheet fed press experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • A safety-first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviors in the workplace
  • Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry (preferably with cartons)
  • Experience operating Heidelberg XL105 and printing UV inks (desirable but not essential)
  • Basic computer skills with sound understanding of CAD and Pre-Press processes
