Print Production Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders and artwork files for compliance with our User Agreement.
  • Liaise with customers regarding potential quality issues, provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Modify artwork files to enhance print quality where necessary.
  • Prepare quotes and proofs for customers, including artwork recreation.
  • Evaluate products for suitability and test for print quality and stability as required.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and conditions is essential.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.
