Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Lithographic Printer to join our dynamic team in a permanent full-time position.

">

This is a hands-on role that will support and contribute to the safe, high-quality, and efficient lithographic printing process.

">

Our printers are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining our Heidelberg Colour Press per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality/safety requirements, and ensuring daily production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Relevant trade qualification in Printing.">
  • Minimum 5 years large format sheet fed press experience.">
  • Safety-first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.">
  • Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry (preferably with cartons).">
  • Experience operating Heidelberg XL105 and printing UV inks (desirable but not essential).">
  • Basic computer skills with sound understanding of CAD and pre-press processes.">
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Ability to work with integrity and be a reliable team player.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.">
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across day, afternoon, and night shift, with weekend overtime.">

- A relevant trade qualification in Printing.

- Minimum 5 years large format sheet fed press experience.

- A safety-first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviors in the workplace.

- Experience producing high-end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry (preferably with cartons).

Working Conditions:

Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and manual handling.
