**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Offset / Lithographic** **Printer** to join our supportive and dynamic Cartons Print Team in a **permanent full-time** position.
This is a very hands on role, that will support and contibute to the safe, high quality and efficient* printing process*.
Our printers are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining our **Heidelberg Colour Press **per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality / safety standards, and ensuring daily production targets are met.
**About You**
- A relevant Trade qualification in Printing.
- Minimum **5 years large format sheet fed press **experience.
- **A safety first mindset **with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.
- Experience producing **high end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry** (preferably with cartons).
- Experience operating **Heidelberg Colour Press **and printing **UV inks** (desirable but not essential).
- Sound computer skills with understanding of **CAD **and* Pre-Press processes.*
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with integrity and be a reliable team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused mindset.
- Flexibility and willingness_ _to work across day, afternoon and night shift, with weekend overtime.
