Job Description:

This role is focused on coordinating administrative services for funded customers. As the key contact, you will work independently to ensure our customers receive suitable products based on their individual needs.

  • Generating quotes and invoices for customer orders
  • Liaising with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing general information on service eligibility
  • Developing and maintaining professional partnerships with regular customers and therapists

Responsibilities include using customer databases, POS systems, and various software programs.

Work Arrangements:

This is a part-time role with 35 hours per week. You will be required to work fixed shifts from Monday to Friday.

Pharmacy staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Customers and staff are also required to wear masks instore.
