Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Job Coach. This role involves working with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

The Job Coach will work closely with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. They will also build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Ensure our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year experience;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happily liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPI's and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
