Drill and Blast Engineer RoleAt our organization, we are dedicated to creating a leading international mining company for a low-carbon future. As a Drill and Blast Engineer, you will play a critical role in achieving this vision by providing expertise in drill and blast design, QA/QC, reconciliations, and general mining engineering support to the Mining team.We seek a strong performer with excellent stakeholder engagement skills who can lead through positive actions. You will have solid underground mining experience with a practical understanding of underground drainage, power, air, water, ventilation, and backfill techniques.
  • Maintain a cost-conscious culture within the team
  • Timely delivery of plans for customers, including reporting and document control
  • Consistently apply Workplace Management Procedures to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, visions, values, and Code of Conduct
  • Demonstrate behaviour consistent with our vision and values
  • Contribute toward a strong team working culture within the Technical Services team
  • Continually seek to improve existing workplace practices
