Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fundamental engineering principles and technical expertise to support the development and improvement of residential and commercial energy storage systems, including inverters, battery packs, and safety components.
  • Analyse existing technologies and propose modifications to enhance product performance, safety, and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive engineering testing and validation of product reliability, thermal performance, and functional safety.
  • Implement technical solutions into projects and production processes, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and customer requirements.
  • Assist in the design and optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective and scalable production.
  • Provide technical support for project implementation, customer applications, and field operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in energy storage systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, CAD) and knowledge of manufacturing and quality control are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent English communication abilities, are required.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and experience in regulatory compliance are important.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and participation in industry training is expected.
  • Project management skills, a proactive approach, and attention to detail are also necessary.
