About the Role

Working closely with Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to complex transactions in the market.

  • Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to project structure, acquisition, leverage, property, and general corporate financing.
About You
  • Experience in a Banking team within a law firm is required.
  • Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions is necessary.
  • Clients from various industries should have been worked with.
  • A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others is essential.
