Product Development Support Assistant

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Product Development function. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Product Development team, facilitating end-to-end functions and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Product Development team.
  • Coordinate catalogue and print material for wholesale team.
  • Keep production information and specifications up-to-date through data entry and communication with factories and distribution centers.
  • Manage samples and communicate product information to suppliers and teams.
  • Maintain relationships with overseas suppliers, external suppliers, buyers, marketing, and wholesale customers.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, ready to jump into a busy work environment.
  • Prior experience in administration and confidence on the phone and in person.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Love for fashion and footwear industry (ideally prior experience).
  • Relevant examples of multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork under pressure.
