Design Support Role
The role of a Design Support is to provide assistance in the development and production stages of various products. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in illustration software packages.

  • Collaborate with designers to develop product concepts and visual representations.
  • Attend meetings related to product development and provide support as needed.
  • Research seasonal trends, materials, and ideas aligned with the company's design aesthetic.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Source materials in collaboration with the design team, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends.
  • Complete monthly product care guides and details provided by the ecommerce team.
  • Support adhoc projects and sample management as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to monitor the development process.

Key Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Fashion or Textiles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in illustration software packages.
  • Experience in a similar design-led role within the fashion industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
