Reporting into the Production Manager we are looking for a Production and Development Assistant to manage bulk production of category product from selling samples stage through to final delivery of the seasonal collection, ensuring this is achieved on time and within budget.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Monitor development and production process with suppliers.
- Raise purchase orders and barcodes to suppliers.
- Assist with maintaining the company critical path between key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
- Liaise with internal staff and maintain external supplier relationships.
- Monitor the approval of lab dip, bulk fabric and accessories of all categories and styles.
- Liaise with suppliers on fabric and garment testing reports.
- Daily communication with factories.
- Create style in AP21.
- Maintain and update development and production tracker.
- Coordinate samples for marketing, online shoots, etc.

**You will have**:

- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and relationship management skills.
- Good excel & reporting skills, ability to learn new systems and technology.
- Experience with AP21 is an advantage.
- Prior experience (2-3 years) in a production or quality role.
- Graduated from têxtile or merchandise, tertiary qualification desirable.
- Speaking Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
- You're an able multitasker, prioritising your workload appropriately.
