Job Description

This exciting role will involve working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership team to deliver commercial projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Business Services, preferably in property accounting, and be CA or CPA qualified.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial reports, including month-end, half-year-end, and full-year-end statements;
  • Completing outgoing statements and annual outgoings;
  • Delivering robust forecasting and budget support;
  • Project reporting and variance analysis;
  • Maintaining tax and accounting schedules;
  • Profit and loss review;
  • Balancing sheet reconciliations;
  • Reviewing AP/AR deliverables;
  • Developing and improving quality of existing processes.

Requirements

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
