We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our business forward in a strategic growth position, focusing on planned service agreements. This is an exceptional opportunity to promote industry networking and increase visibility of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote our visibility in the market through targeted networking efforts, developing long-term relationships with clients.
- Drive growth by identifying, qualifying, selling, and closing new recurring service business opportunities that align with our company goals.
- Develop digitally enabled service products to enhance customer value and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
- Work with local teams to support the successful development of proposals and estimates, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Establish and build strong client relationships to identify their needs and priorities, providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
- Negotiate and agree contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Customer-Facing Skills: Exceptional customer-facing skills or proven sales experience with a hunting mindset, able to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Sales Skills: Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and priorities, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years' experience in HVAC, BMS, or Security industries, with a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate financial and business acumen, with strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Digital Literacy: Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies and digital service offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Pipeline Management: Strong pipeline management experience and proficiency in using Salesforce (SFDC) to track and manage client relationships and sales opportunities.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record in delivering strong results with full accountability, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Networking Skills: Excellent networking skills, business-minded, change-oriented, and proactive, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Security Licence: Ability to obtain your Security Licence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
