The role of a Commercial Growth Strategist is pivotal in driving business expansion across the Assurance Learning portfolio. This position demands an individual with exceptional commercial acumen, adept at identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government and public sector decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and tender responses
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and contribute to regular reporting
  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of sector trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the public sector
  • Extensive experience selling to government organisations is essential
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, ideally in the public sector
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement and decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
