Job Title: Project Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and providing ongoing operational support for our digital hospital admission solution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running customized training sessions for administrative and clinical staff, as well as implementing plans, processes, and tools to support complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and provide end-user support to ensure new applications and processes are embedded throughout our organization.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of implementation activities with hospital administration teams.
  • Provide operational and technical direction for the ongoing improvement of revenue system/processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in customised training sessions for administrative and clinical staff.
  • Implementation plans, processes, and tools to support complex enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Proven customer service skills.
