Full Cycle Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Full Cycle Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing full cycle implementation services to our clients using Microsoft Dynamics CE.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing technical architecture that meets functional design requirements.
  • Ensuring complete unit tests for every component or task.
  • Developing required functionality and features by coding on the .NET platform & Internal Framework.
  • Reviewing code and ensuring it conforms to standards.
  • Helping improve the quality of existing code base.
  • Ensuring project completion according to written specifications.
  • FOLLOWING BEST PRACTICES WHILE CODING [.NET & MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CE].
  • Ensuring code is scalable for high performance scenarios.
  • Implementing effective leadership when managing a team or project team.
  • Performing related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, WorkFlows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK)
  • A good understanding of CRM Functional Modules.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred.
  • A good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.
  • The ability to read software requirement and produce technical specification.
  • Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C#; database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based Technologies.
  • Development/Installation experience on an IFD environment is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
