Job Summary

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by promoting Earth Cutting Tooling solutions to customers.
  • Assess and evaluate customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and vendors.
  • Manage distributor partners to increase sales and new business development.
  • Support team sales initiatives and participate in key account management.
  • Carry out field trials, resolve customer complaints, and gather competitive information.
  • Prepare progress reports and forecasts on key aspects of the assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Trade Certificate in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Engineering Products or related field.
  • Desirable to have experience in sales/application of Earth Cutting Tooling and/or Wear Products.
  • Competent in understanding and communicating product information to customers.
  • Able to assess customer needs and travel extensively within the defined territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Value Selling Skills.
  • Industry Knowledge and Understanding of Underground Coal Mining Methods.
  • Key Account Management.
