We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office professional to join our dynamic team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing calls in an articulate, friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Handle a wide range of guest enquiries and requests with ease and efficiency
  • Offer administrative support to the Front Office Management Team and Guest Service Agents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Opera or similar property management system
  • Customer service background - call centre (hotel industry preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • An outgoing personality and good presentation
