This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing wine business. As a Hospitality & Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple venues, leading teams, managing budgets, and aligning strategy across front of house, kitchen, and cellar door operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage new venues, including restaurants and cellar doors
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance across both venues
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs), commercial growth targets, and budget management
  • Foster relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, venue or tourism operations, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to build high-performing teams.
