Overview

The Peach Pit Bar — home of smashed burgers, cheeky cocktails, and good times — right on the stunning Scarborough Coast, is on the hunt for a new Venue Manager to lead our crew.

We're after someone who brings energy, leadership, and a love of hospitality. You'll be hands-on, passionate about creating a killer customer experience, and focused on building a strong, happy team.

Responsibilities

As the Venue Manager, you'll run the show—overseeing daily operations, keeping the vibe high, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. We're after someone with solid experience running busy venues, who knows how to lead from the front, build a strong leadership team, and keep the momentum going.

Benefits
  • Generous Salary $95,000 - $105,000 + Super
  • KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential Requirements
  • 2+ years of Venue Management experience
  • Experience within the hospitality industry, food, product knowledge
  • Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
  • Demonstrated team and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and change
  • Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • State based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers License
