The Assistant Director Workplace Relations will play a critical role in supporting the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide complex workplace relations advice. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with colleagues to implement the employment framework for your Directorate.

You will thrive on researching and advising on complex employment conditions, utilizing highly developed analytical and written communication skills. A key aspect of this role is working flexibly and collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.
