To achieve high-quality education outcomes for students from Prep to Year 12, we need dedicated individuals who can work collaboratively with school teams to maximise student care and well-being.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counselling and therapeutic interventions with students, parents, and families to address personal or relationship concerns.
  • Assess diagnoses provided by external professionals and monitor students' progress.
  • Administer psycho-educational assessments of students with learning and/or adjustment difficulties.
  • Coordinate professional development programs for teachers, schools, and other professionals.
  • Identify needs and participate in referrals and planning services for children, parents, and families to community agencies.
  • Support school communities in responding to critical incidents and emergencies.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will also have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
