Employment Services Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Employment Services Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be empowered to make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will work collaboratively with clients to help them become work-ready and find suitable employment opportunities. Our organization delivers Employment Services Programs from over 400 sites nationwide, and you will be based at one of these locations.

We are passionate about lifting people up, supporting them in employment, independence, and improved wellbeing. Our team aspires to enable better lives for our own people and those we serve.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
  • Helping clients identify their skills and secure employment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and employers
  • Increasing clients' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Creating and implementing joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organizations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
