Employment Coach Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work closely with customers to identify their employment goals and provide support to help them achieve sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with job search strategies and resume development
  • Matching customers with suitable job opportunities and advocating on their behalf
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine customer eligibility for employment services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local employers to promote job opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping people find employment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships
  • Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry and typing skills
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

As a valued member of our team, you will receive intensive training and ongoing support to help you achieve a Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
