Hotel Steward/Chef Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires immediately.
  • Work in the kitchen on a daily basis, adhering to established standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
  • Take responsibility for cleaning duties and responsibilities.
  • Assist in producing a learning and professional environment.
  • Comply with hotel operational policies & procedures.
  • Practice occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
