Job Title: Business Partner

About this role:

This is a key position that bridges the gap between IT and the rest of the organisation. It involves managing relationships, consulting with stakeholders, and analysing challenges to propose solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships between IT and the business, including consulting with stakeholders and proposing solutions.
  • Working alongside Architects to stay up-to-date on technical capabilities and recommending improvements.
  • Bringing two parties together to simplify technology and enable people to perform at their best.
  • Facilitating high-level strategy conversations and helping shape strategies where technology is concerned.
  • Facilitating process-mapping and workshopping with stakeholders to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
